The cherry end table was created from a cherry log. The log was chain sawed into twenty-nine inch lengths. Each twenty-nine inch length was then slabbed into one inch slabs and allowed to dry for fifteen months. The slabs were then planed into three-quarter inch boards. The boards were then glued up into the top, two shelves and the end pieces.
